The original Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate where applicable; a photocopy of the previous year's mark sheet or report card; the original Birth Certificate (mandatory for Pre-KG to Grade II); four recent passport-size photographs of the student; and one passport-size photograph of the authorised visitor or guardian along with relationship details and valid identification.

The annual tuition fee is payable in three term instalments of four months each. The first term (June, July, August, September) is payable at the time of admission; the second (October, November, December, January) in the first week of October; and the third (February, March, April, May) in the first week of February. No. The Foundation Programme is built into the regular academic timetable rather than run as separate coaching, so students build a strong conceptual base from the early grades without additional fees and without evening classes.

Yes. Our buses and vans cover a wide network of routes across Kurnool and nearby localities, with licensed drivers and trained attendants for younger students. Routes are reviewed and expanded each year based on admissions. Contact the front office for the boarding point nearest to you.

Both run together across the school week. Students study Arabic, Qur'an recitation with Tajweed, Hadith, Seerah, Al-Khat and Tarjamatul Qur'an alongside the full CCE integrated academic curriculum. Hifz Academy students memorise the Qur'an while continuing their formal schooling rather than pausing it.

Our ICE (Intensive Care Education) programme provides individualised learning plans, one-to-one and small-group instruction, remedial foundation work and regular progress monitoring for slow and special learners — delivered patiently and without pressure.

We maintain an ideal ratio of approximately 15:1, which is what makes individual attention, personalised mentoring and our ICE support programme genuinely workable rather than aspirational.

Formal Parent Meetings and Orientation Programmes are held roughly once every two months, and teachers maintain ongoing contact through the school diary, circulars and SMS. Parents are always welcome to request a meeting outside the scheduled cycle.

Yes, and we encourage it. Book a campus tour and we will arrange a visit that includes the classrooms, laboratories, library, prayer hall and play areas, plus time with the Principal or an academic head.
