Careers at PEACE
Join a school that invests in its teachers — because everything else here depends on them.
A school where teaching is taken seriously
A 15:1 ratio means you will know every student in your class as an individual. A Teacher Excellence Programme means the school expects to keep developing you rather than simply deploying you.
- Manageable class sizes — roughly a 15:1 student–teacher ratio
- Continuous professional development — training in inquiry-driven and project-based teaching
- Modern classrooms — LED interactive panels, laboratories and an English language lab
- Supportive leadership — academic coordinators who observe, mentor and back you
- A values-based environment — a disciplined campus with a clear ethos
- Room to build something — a growing institution with new branches planned by 2028–29
