Six steps, in order
Submit an enquiry
Complete the online form or visit the front office. Tell us your child's age, present school and the grade you have in mind. We respond within two working days.
Visit the campus
Come and see the school before you commit to it. Tours run six days a week during office hours and include time with the Principal or an academic head.
Placement conversation
A short, informal assessment appropriate to your child's age. It exists to place them correctly and to identify any support they may need — not to filter them out.
Submit documents
Transfer certificate, previous report card, birth certificate and photographs. The full list is below; bring originals and one photocopy of each.
Confirm the seat
Pay the first term instalment to confirm admission. You will receive a fee card and a receipt, and the seat is held from that point.
Uniform & first day
Collect the prescribed uniform from the authorised supplier, receive the books list and the calendar, and meet the class teacher before term begins.
What to bring
The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate, where applicable
- Photocopy of the previous academic year's mark sheet or report card
- Original Birth Certificate — mandatory for Pre-KG to Grade II
- Four recent passport-size photographs of the student
- One passport-size photograph of the authorised visitor or guardian, with relationship details and valid identification

The annual tuition fee is payable in three term instalments.

Admissions for the 2026–27 academic year are open now from Pre-KG through Grade X, at both the Park Road and N.R. Peta campuses. Seats in each grade are limited, and applications are considered in the order they are received. Submit the online enquiry form or visit the front office and our admissions team will guide you through the next step.

The first term (June, July, August, September) is payable at the time of admission; the second (October, November, December, January) in the first week of October; and the third (February, March, April, May) in the first week of February. No. The Foundation Programme is built into the regular academic timetable rather than run as separate coaching, so students build a strong conceptual base from the early grades without additional fees and without evening classes.
Yes. Our buses and vans cover a wide network of routes across Kurnool and nearby localities, with licensed drivers and trained attendants for younger students. Routes are reviewed and expanded each year based on admissions. Contact the front office for the boarding point nearest to you.
Both run together across the school week. Students study Arabic, Qur'an recitation with Tajweed, Hadith, Seerah, Al-Khat and Tarjamatul Qur'an alongside the full CCE integrated academic curriculum. Hifz Academy students memorise the Qur'an while continuing their formal schooling rather than pausing it.
