Dear Parents,

Assalamu alikum wa rahmathullahi wa barakathuhu. We thank you for choosing Peace International School to mould your child’s character and personality. We welcome you and your child to the PEACE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL family. We wish to contactrm you regarding the following rules of the school and request your complete compliance and adherence to these rules.

• Fees once paid is neither transferred nor refunded under any circumstances after the admission.
• Fee is subjected to increase with/without prior notice.
• Selected candidates will have to submit the following documents along with Fees.
• Original School leaving or Transfer Certificate/Record Sheet
• Certified photocopy of marks sheet of previous exam.
• Original Birth Certificate for the classes from Pre K.G to Grade 2
• 4 Photographs of the Student 1 photo of the visitor and relation details.
• Student will not be allowed to leave the school premises in the working hours except in emergency cases with the permission of the Principal/Director.
• Parents should contactrm the Director/ Principal if the child has any major health problem.
• Any kind of misconduct or misbehavior of the students will result termination from the school with or without intimation to the parents.
• No valuable items or cash are allowed in the school premises.
• The student will only be granted leave with prior application and proper reasoning from the parent/guardian.
• Any neglegency shown by the parents towards co-operating the school will appear on the progress card of the student. It will be considered and respective action will be taken at the end of the academic year.
• Being absent on school working days is discouraged. If your child is absent due to an emergency, you should fill the absence record in the calendar stating the reason and only signed by you. Attending the 1st day of school after the vacations is compulsory. If any unavoidable absence from school is planned it must be sanctioned by the school management well in advance.
• Parents should not send their child to school if he/she is suffering from contagious diseases like conjunctivitis, chickenpox, mums, Swine Flu, etc., till he/she is certified by the doctor as “fit to attend the school and non infectious.”
• In Sha Allah the Parent’s Meeting will be held for both fathers and mothers when the management feels it’s required as to discuss about the child’s performance. And this is compulsory for the parents to attend the meeting and discuss in this regard. The date would be contactrmed by way of circular and sms for the parents meeting.
• The School fee should be paid in time as instructed by the management at the time of Admission. If not, the child will not be allowed to attend the school.
• School fees card which is provided to you should be filled by the accountant as soon as the fee is paid.
• The parents are allowed only on the fixed day of parents-teachers meet to discuss about the child’s concerns.
• The students of Nursery to 2nd standard will only be sent along with the person who holds the Pickup Card.
• The student should be picked within 20 minutes from the time the school ends from the respective class.
• Please ensure that your child’s hair is cut once a week. The boy’s hair should always be short. There will be an inspection of the same on every Monday.
• Parents should send the children with full uniform every day except on Fridays.
• The Parents should check the diary everyday and make the students to complete the Home work and sign in the column of Parent’s signature.
• The management expects a maximum cooperation in the child’s education and other activities like following daily duaas.
• Please ensure that the lunch provide to your child is nutritious and does not contain any processed foods like potato chips, wafers, fried snacks etc.
• The parents should maintain Islamic environment in the home and should not allow the children to watch the Non Islamic channels except Peace TV.
• It is compulsory for students as well as parents to obey all the rules of the school and they may be amended from time to time.
